  • Managed effectively to utilize available resource efficiently
  • Completed on time
  • Secured within cost
  • Procured to the correct quality

The above key drivers demand a robust and defined management approach allied to a clear and effective communication style which sets AART apart from its competitors.

Project Monitoring

Typically this role is required by a 3rd party to the construction works such as a landowner, Investors or Financial Institutions etc. Although the 3rd party does not have a direct contractual link there is an interest in the way the project is procured and the role of the Project Monitor will act as a reporting tool to ensure funds are being expended correctly, progress is being made and the interests of the 3rd party are being respected

Programme / Schedule Management

Projects requiring specific programme / schedule management techniques can benefit from using AART in the following ways;

  • Assist management in deciding how to use its resources to achieve time and cost goals
  • Provide visibility and enable management to control bespoke programmes
  • Help manage change in programmes / schedules
  • Provide a structure for reporting information
  • Identify the longest, or critical paths
  • Assisting in scheduling risk analysis

Design Management

An often overlooked and undervalued service, design management can provide a greater degree of control on programme and cost during the scheme, outline, concept and detailed design stages. Regular review meetings with designers setting achievable targets whilst being mindful of the need for good design can be managed by AART. Collaborative working and excellent communication skills can provide projects with a greater degree of co-ordination and minimize programme overruns.
